A simple gesture should come with a clear explanation of your privacy.

Gestures and accessibility

Gestures are processed on your device. The Accessibility Service is used only to detect your configured double-tap gesture and perform Android’s lock-screen action. The service cannot retrieve window content and does not read text, passwords, messages or keystrokes.

Local preferences

Your app preferences, including your selected gesture area and appearance, are stored locally on your device.

Advertising

The app uses Google Mobile Ads. An interstitial advertisement may be displayed after onboarding starts. An optional rewarded advertisement may provide daily access to the custom gesture zone.

Google and its partners may process data to provide advertisements according to their own policies. This advertising processing is separate from the app’s on-device gesture detection. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can change advertising privacy options using the available privacy controls in the app. You can disable the Accessibility Service at any time in Android Settings → Accessibility → Double Tap to Lock. The exact setting labels may vary by device.
